We aim to provide clear pricing, professional handling, and transparent delivery options for all orders.

Free Local Pickup • No Hidden Fees

Order Processing

All orders enter production only after:

  • Full payment is received

  • Artwork is approved (if applicable)

Production timelines are estimates and begin once payment and proof approval are completed.

Thunderbolt Sign is not responsible for delays caused by late artwork submission, proof approval delays, or incomplete order information.

Free Local Pickup

We offer free pickup at our Richmond location.

  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

  • Orders must be picked up during business hours.

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting their order at pickup.

Once an order has been picked up and signed for, responsibility transfers to the customer.

 

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available for select orders. Delivery fees are quoted based on:

  • Size and weight

  • Distance

  • Access requirements

Delivery time windows are estimates only and may vary.

Shipping Policy

We ship via third-party courier or freight services.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or quoted separately.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Tracking information will be provided once available.

Thunderbolt Sign is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping carriers once the order has left our facility.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order:

  • Is picked up

  • Is delivered

  • Or is handed over to the carrier

Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier for transit-related damage unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 3 business days

  • Provide photos of packaging and product

  • Retain all packaging materials

Failure to report within 3 business days may void replacement eligibility.

Replacements are issued only for verified manufacturing defects or documented transit damage.

Oversized & Freight Shipments

Large signage items may require freight shipping.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring delivery access

  • Providing lift-gate or loading dock information

  • Having personnel available to receive shipment

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or restricted access.

Storage Fees

Completed orders not picked up within 14 days may be subject to storage fees unless prior arrangements have been made.

 

No Hidden Fees Commitment

We believe in transparent pricing. All standard production costs are clearly quoted upfront.

 

Additional charges may apply only if:

  • Artwork changes after approval

  • Site conditions differ from original installation assessment

  • Rush services are requested

  • Special handling or freight is required
